What Is a J-Plasma® Renuvion™ Procedure Like?
Patients can undergo their procedure while under either general anesthesia or local anesthesia (limited areas only). Only one treatment is necessary and results can appear right after surgery. However, the skin will continue to tighten over time (up to one year) as new collagen is deposited within your body.
Recovery From J-Plasma® Renuvion™
Recovery times vary depending on the size of the treatment area. Patients are usually on their feet again after two weeks, although redness can last up to four weeks. A general pain reliever can be used by patients who have a smaller treatment area. For larger treatment areas, a small amount of narcotic pain medication may be prescribed.
