Shock Wave Therapy Procedure
What is Shock Wave Therapy?
Shock Wave Therapy is a safe, comfortable treatment for men to optimize sexual performance and to reverse the effects of Erectile Dysfunction (ED) due to poor blood flow.
Shock Wave Therapy utilizes high frequency, low-intensity soundwaves to improve blood flow to the penis, remove micro-plaque, and stimulate the growth of new blood vessels. Shock Wave Therapy uses a specific protocol designed to optimize efficacy, safety and results.
Shock Wave Therapy is based on a series of over 30 clinical studies showing a greater than 75% success rate in treating Erectile Dysfunction (ED).
The Shock Wave Therapy Medical Advisory Board has created the only provider network to use standardized protocols based on these studies, incorporate practitioner training, and implement quality assurance standards to ensure patient safety and optimum results.

How it Works?
Shock Wave Therapy is a revolutionary male sexual performance procedure that uses low-intensity sound waves (also referred to as acoustic wave therapy) to improve sexual function in men, even if they suffer from a medical condition such as Erectile Dysfunction (ED) or Peyronie’s disease.
The Shock Wave Therapy procedure breaks up plaque formation in blood vessels and stimulates the growth of new blood vessels in the penis. This increases the blood flow to the penis and improves sexual function. In addition, the Shock Wave Therapy procedure activates the growth of new nerve tissue in the penis.
This process, called neurogenesis, enhances sensitivity in the penis. Because Shock Wave Therapy uses low-intensity sound waves and is non-invasive, it is often referred to as Low-Intensity Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (LI-ESWT).
In 6 to 12 sessions each taking between 15 to 20 minutes, Shock Wave Therapy treatments:
- Stimulate the release of growth factors in penile tissue, resulting in the generation of new blood vessels
- Break up plaque formation in existing blood vessels
- Activate dormant stem cells, leading to new cell growth
By increasing blood flow to the penis, men will have stronger, harder and more sustainable erections
Shock Wave Therapy is a safe, comfortable, non-invasive, medical procedure used to improve male sexual performance often associated with age, Erectile Dysfunction (ED) and Peyronie’s disease.
Unlike mainstream oral medications that treat ED, Shock Wave Therapy has few if any side-effects and allows for men with pre-existing medical conditions to receive safe treatment.
